This is an event for competitive and recreational runners and walkers of all ages. Baby joggers are permitted for runners. Dogs on leashes and baby strollers are welcome for the walk. Participants will receive entry into the 5K run or walk, a 100% cotton long-sleeved T-shirt, goodie bag with donated items and refreshments.
