Location:   Race held at Ridgeway Loop in East Memphis. The 2010 Pale is the New Tan© 5K (PINT5K) course will feature a course with moderate elevation change that will offer runners a scenic look at the historic East Memphis area. This course winds thru the neighborhoods of Shady Grove and finishes with a lap around the office park of the Ridgeway Loop.

This race was established to help promote Melanoma awareness and to help raise money to help fight this deadly disease.

This race is also presented in honor of Scarlet Lawrence Akins (1978 - 2006) who lost her battle to Melanoma on August 4th, 2006.
